An Easter menu designed to let you enjoy a simple, gourmet meal featuring seasonal ingredients and homemade dishes.
For the starter, a velvety green asparagus soup served with Serrano ham chips and fresh goat cheese whipped cream—delicately smooth and refreshing.
For the main course, choose between: a slow-cooked lamb stew with seasonal vegetables, or a skewer of Limousin beef marinated with spring flavors.
To finish, a chocolate Easter treat enhanced with a touch of vanilla.
Menu for €25, available by reservation on Friday, April 3, for dinner, as well as Saturday, April 4, for lunch and dinner.
